This one is a mess, y'all.

 

The IDH has been an outlier since Day One for our vigorous support of free speech (and absolute personal disgust with racism of any kind).

The problem is: Laws designed to "prevent" this targeted violence (in the case of cyberbullying) can end up disempowering the precise people (students of color, student gun-violence victims, etc.) they were designed to protect.
