ART Digital Rights Are Civil Rights: Race and Technology ACLU, Native Youth Arts Collective, Safety Not Surveillance Coalition
The Institute for Aesthetic Advocacy, in partnership with ACLU MN, Native Youth Arts Collective, and the Institute for Digital Humanity, hosted the juried exhibition “Digital Rights Are Civil Rights,” which focused on the intersection of race and technology. Held on February 19th, 2021, the event showcased art addressing systemic racism in digital spaces, sparking conversations on digital ethics and equity in a post-digital world.
